18 Jun STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT OF FORGING AND PILLARS IN BASEMENT, PANORAMA BUILDING (ALICANTE)
The community of owners of the Panorama building in Alicante commissioned Esclapés e Hijos, S.L. for the refurbishment of damage caused to the farm due to water leaks.
These leaks originated in the parking lot itself and extended to the basement, affecting the supporting elements (pillars). To solve the filtering problem, the waterproofing of the entire parking area was replaced and a new stormwater evacuation system consisting of the pipeline, which was placed through pipes and drains to the exterior. In addition, all basement pillars with steel profiles were reinforced.
