JOB REFORMING THE INTERIOR OF OMNIUM INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN ALBATERA (ALICANTE)

Industrial warehouse facilities and equipment

Omnium is a company with an industrial building in the municipality of Albatera, which it wanted to adapt to help meet its business needs. In order to adapt the facilities and equipment suitably, the building required an interior reform.

Esclapés e Hijos S.L., a long-standing construction company with extensive experience in the construction and renovation of industrial buildings was offered the contract to carry out these works. As the concessionary company managing this Omnium contract, we performed the reform and interior modifications to the industrial building.

CREATING A DIAPHANOUS INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

The work consisted of making the industrial warehouse totally diaphanous, compartmentalising its interior by creating new quarters and partitions, building a naya (covered area) to extend the usable surface of the warehouse and at the same time creating necessary and sufficient facilities so that the company could use the building as required for performing its business activity.

The interior renovation works have been completed according to the requirements of the owner and with total satisfaction. OBJECTIVE FULFILLED.
