REFORM OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES FOR “LA NEU” ICE-CREAM PARLOUR IN EL CAMPELLO

Conditioning of commercial premises on the ground floor for a new business, namely an ice cream shop, located in the urbanization of El Campello in the province of Alicante.

The renovation work consisted of forming interior partitions giving the premises a layout suitable to its business needs, forming different areas: bar, toilets and customer services area.

Next the hidden services: electrical wiring, supply pipes for the various services, water, gas, sewerage system, and besides hidden facilities other services such as the installation of air-conditioning was carried out.

Subsequently, work continued by adding coatings, vertical interior walls, then the false ceilings and finishing with the flooring. In addition to the interior cladding, the facade was decorated specifically for the business for which the premises were intended.

For the final phase of the job, work continued by putting in place the services, lights, toilets and sinks, and furnishing the cafeteria with a bar and furniture.

The work has been completed with total customer satisfaction, and was finished and delivered within the expected time-frame and budget.
