Improved access to the Club Atletico Montemar in Playa de San Juan, which consisted of creating sloping banks in the garden areas as well as providing access using ecological wooden sleepers and constructing reinforced concrete walls. Also new access points to the club were formed and the existing access point was improved by building a new security checkpoint using reinforced concrete and corten steel, giving it a fresh and modern appearance.
