An Exclusivas Ramírez construction job located in the Agua Amarga industrial estate in the municipality of Alicante.
Exclusivas Ramírez is a leading company in the distribution and marketing of drinks, soft drinks and other products. In realising their expansion plans, they took advantage of their good starting point in the Agua Amarga industrial estate in Alicante, in order to have a better distribution centre for the entire surrounding area.
Since Exclusivas Ramírez has relied on our company, ESCLAPES E HIJOS S.L., previously to carry out construction work on its facilities, we were hired yet again to construct a building which would serve as storage space and offices.

Construction features
In this case the industrial building is composed of:
- Reinforced concrete foundation. Single footings joined by straps and rafters beams. Earth-moving also required in the formation of this foundation.
- Heavy-duty structure of the industrial building, using precast reinforced concrete pillars.
- Heavy-duty roof structure, using trusses and precast reinforced concrete beams.
- Facade enclosures and partitions, using precast reinforced concrete panels.
- Covered by sandwich plate panels.
- Trusses and metal roofs on loading and unloading bays outside the building.
The warehouse will be more than just a purely industrial construction, as it will contain more offices than may be considered merely industrial equipment.
