Refurbishment of the facade of Aries building – Benidorm, Alicante.

Refurbishment works on the facade and structure of the Aries Building in Benidorm, Alicante for its Community of Owners.

This job consisted of the repair of the damage that had appeared in the building’s slabs. This type of damage is typical of a building of its age, especially given its environmental exposure in a seaside area of Benidorm, Alicante.

The job also involved removing structural concrete which was in poor condition to expose the structural reinforcement and treat it in order to prevent and repair corrosion, then all structural parts were put back into place with special concrete repair.

Last but not least, the exterior cladding of the building as well as the rest of the facade was restored.
