Job reforming and conditioning of the interior of the “Pyramid of Keops” in “Terra Mítica” theme park in Benidorm.

Interior Conditioning

The aim of the job was the interior conditioning of the site of the ancient attraction, the Pyramid of Keops, to allocate a new event room in line with the theme of ancient Egypt in Terra Mitica theme park.

Delivery time

The delivery time was of particular significance. Since the work was within a seasonal attraction park, we had to make the most of its closing times, which meant adjusting the duration of the work to the maximum.

Reform and modification of the Pyramid

The job consisted of the interior reform and modification of the pyramid to a conference and events hall. This included a new structure, a new layout and new facilities which had been designed to serve the new needs created with the change of use.

Esclapes e Hijos S.L. had already been a concessionary of the contract for work on the interior structure in an earlier phase of the job. This led to a gain in confidence of the proprietor, and in turn led to us being entrusted with carrying out the next phase of interior conditioning.

This work involved the new composition of spaces, new quarters and rooms, entrance hall, meeting room, bathrooms, changing rooms and everything necessary for the performance of the planned activity.

An important point in the reform and conditioning were the coatings since these are what transport us to ancient Pharaonic Egypt. We worked side by side with the site architects, collaborating in the choice of materials and putting all our knowledge together to execute the job in the best possible way.
