Refurbishment of Hotel Avenida in the municipality of Benidorm, a coastal town in the province of Alicante. The job consisted of repair and renovation work which would completely refurbish Hotel Avenida in Benidorm, upgrading its tourist facilities and improving its business potential.

This job consisted of the interior and exterior renovation of the property. The exterior walls were renovated by repairing damage caused by use over time.
