The refurbishment and repair was of a block of buildings with three communal staircases, which is social housing owned by the joint venture of Aguas Municipalizadas de Alicante. The job was located on Sax Street in Alicante.
The works were aimed at the complete refurbishment of these homes, both internally and externally.
The houses were in a poor state of repair, due to the age of the building and the lack of maintenance and care that it has seen over the years.
The facade was cleaned and painted while the carpentry was changed.
Inside the dwellings, each unit was treated according to its particular needs, from only cladding to total demolition of the interior, including reinforcing the structure.
