We are committed to continuing this blog to provide information about the granting of various funding from local authorities, which is being allocated to encourage the refurbishment of buildings for Communities of Owners and for private owners.
We want to create awareness about the publication of the Activate platform of the Official Association of Technical Surveyors and Architects of Alicante, and about different means of financing offered by the Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) (Official Credit Institute) of the Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad (Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness).
Líneas ICO 2017 of Companies and Entrepreneurs
The ICO line of Companies and Entrepreneurs 2017 includes financing to improve conditions for individuals, Communities of Owners and groups of Communities of Owners who must use the monies exclusively for the refurbishment of their homes and buildings or reform of common areas.
Funding for companies and public or private entities
This type of funding is part of the Líneas ICO 2017, which also includes different types of funding for freelancers, companies and public or private entities.
